In the event that you purchase a puppy from us, and are unable to keep it FOR ANY REASON that is NOT COVERED under our health contract, there is absolutely NO REFUND on the return of a puppy. It does not matter why. We have heard it all. Unfortunately there are folks out there that are dishonest, do not think things through, and try to scheme their way into a refund. It is NOT going to happen. Before you purchase a dog, please understand that this is a lifelong commitment. Not a novelty. We are super strict with our policies and will pursue our rights to the fullest extent of the law on behalf of our dogs. If you are not sure that you are 100% ready for a new family member... please do not purchase one. It is heartbreaking for the family and can be absolutely detrimental to the dog. With that being said, we DO offer LIFETIME support for our families and we are here for you guys 24/7. We stand firmly behind our Starkhaus Pups and will do everything in our power to make sure that your new baby is complimentary to your lifestyle. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

We own many dogs all around the world.

This means that often times many

of these dogs all come into season at the same time and we have to pick and choose who will be bred and who will not be bred.

We do not repeatedly breed the same two dogs together for the sake of making puppies.

We breed to keep the next generation of our lineage and to proudly promote and show these dogs.

In order to do so, we need to work very hard to select the very best pairings we can, so we can continue to produce the quality Rottweilers & French Bulldogs that you guys have come to expect from us.
